Rich & Charlie's is a classic St. Louis Italian restaurant (they're actually a local chain and have a number of locations), and Stef likes it so they must not use a lot of provel. Come join us on Monday as we check out their Crestwood location. We could even order cheese garlic bread and see what cheese they prefer!
