Pho Long

It's been cold outside and there's not much better than warm soups to do the job of heating us all up. Actually, we had considered pasta but the place can't handle our large group, so pho it is.

If you've never had pho before, now's your chance. It's a really rich Vietnamese broth served with noodles, onions, basil, cilantro, bean sprouts, hot sauces, and more. Join us and have some! (Note that I don't know what else is on the menu but hopefully they have some other options for those who don't do beef broth.)

  2. I would have to say that the food was good, but I don't think I'd be back for it. I didn't care for the herbs- they had a licorice taste to it and I don't like that flavor. The brisket was kind of dry, but it was my first time eating brisket so I really didn't know what to expect. I learned not to touch a hot pepper and then touch your eye though- hot mama!
