We've been going to locations more central and east recently, so it's time to try something a bit different. Located in a strip mall in St. Charles, El Tio Pepe has been a favorite of many people for years; each dish is made fresh right after it's ordered. I don't think anybody on the STLDC list has been here, so it will be a first for everyone! Prices range from a few dollars up to $12 for some entrees, and I'm looking forward to seeing what Peruvian food is all about.
